Default What hose is this?

Been finding spots under the car and could not figure out where it was coming from. Today I noticed a wet spot under the tip of the engine cover and saw this hose that has some pretty good size rips in it. Funny thing is I got an oil change last week and nobody noticed all of this. I see its an oil line I am assuming some kind of return line maybe overflow but I am guessing. Could one of you veterans please tell what it is so I can get a new one. I have parked the car for now till I fix this. Also once I change it how would you guys I recommend cleaning the area? Would one of the engine degreasers work?
Thanks.

A (crankcase oil fume)breather hose to help equalize/vent pressure between cyl banks as as the pistons thrash up and down, causing drafts and pulsations. Clean it up with carb cleaner and paper towels and put some electrical tape around it until you get a new one. It might be easier to take it off when doing this. Replace the hose clamps with conventional screw clamps unless you have special pliers.

Don't use degreaser and spray the engine with a hose.

Check the rear ones as well, chances are if the front hose is bad....
