Re: Goes with the other X-Post about the BMW M7 ...
Maybe it is good that the M7 will be shown in September. It will give Audi the chance to top it with the S8. Now I just hope they take full advantage of the oportunity

Hmm, an M7? Read this!
The M7 pic supposedly originated from the site listed below. The last paragraph of the text reads:
"BMW's Chairman of the Board of Management, Joachim Milberg, hopes the M7, the first-ever upper luxury performance version from the Motorsport division, will be ready for its unveiling at the Frankfurt International Auto Show in September. With demand so strong for its just released 7 Series, and
reeling from dealer and customer criticism of its ineffective supply policies, BMW plans to implement a new "lottery-type" allocation system. It will donate the first batch of 50 M7's...to the idiots at supercars.netwho think I'm serious. C'mon, only fooling, guys. But not about the sales part. Who knew they could sell so many E65's in only 12 days?"
On the other hand, Mercedes is releasing the S63 soon...

http://www.bmw2002.co.uk/news.htm</a
