Has anyone else had a whoop sound come out of the tranny or perhaps driveshaft. Kind of irregular (dealer said no prob found). But seems when coasting on a straight away, then hitting accelerator hard, the downshift makes a whoop. Also heard up inclines with a slight turn..... Thought it was engine mounts or tranny mounts but dealer says nyet.

Anyway pretty regular for me except when at the dealer... any ideas?? (my dealer doesn't even have 1 A8 on the lot, so not to confident re. mechanics experience).

Change the transmission fluid and it goes away, did for me anyway.
