OK, I have 12V on the two rear fuses. Stupidly I pulled apart and checked the relay on the drivers side that I had recently replaced, and there is 12v on the three terminals on the right and no voltage on the one on the left, with the key off. I checked terminal 15 in the passenger's side fuse box and there is 12 volts with the ignition off. Any help is appreciated!

I'll rescan and remove the no fault sections before I repost

I had communication with the parking brake earlier. The only thing I can think of that I did that may affect that was change the relay on the drivers side and I did pull out the parking brake module to check the numbers on it but I think it scanned after that. Any help is appreciated!

This is the relay I changed. I think the old one said 460 and the new one said 370

Oh, and the parking brake DOES work, at least until 1000 RPM. I am guessing the rear pads may have been changed by someone who didn't know what they were doing. I think they could use recalibration, but I can't communicate with the controller so...
