Ok this is my issue on my S8 th minute i start the car the cooling fan takes off full blast even after i turn the car off it keeps running so i half to disconnect the battery then reconnect it, And i have replaced the sensor in back between the engine & firewall, The sensor was grey an it was a 2 prong but i bought a green 4 prong sensor also and i looked everywhere for it but everywhere i look people are saying it's the only one on the BSM engine, HELP PLZ

So you replaced some random sensor with another random sensor? Did you scan it with vag-com?

No i replaced it with the correct sensor thinking that that was the one that was bad, And yes ross Tech said well the scan said cooling fan switch an i have no idea where it is i have looked everywhere..

Coolant temperature sensor reading 382° at cold start an fan kicks on immediately, So there has to be another coolant Temp sensor besides the one 2 prong that i changed, But i can't fint the location of the Green 4 prong coolant Temp sensor

Wiring damage causing a short is also possible. Or a faulty sensor.
