Just bought it it has the keyless system the lock button on the door works but it won't unlock when I'm near it. Not sirs what it could be

your car does not have proximity unlocking.

To quote the handy quick reference guide:

advanced key
advanced key allows you to lock
and unlock the vehicle and start the engine
without handling the key itself. You only need to
have the remote control key on your person.

Unlocking the vehicle
Take hold of one of the door handles or press the release
catch on the boot lid. The door (or the boot lid) will be
unlocked automatically.
Note: The driver's door will be unlocked as well when
one of the other doors is unlocked.

The system works by unlocking the doors when you touch the bottom of the door handle. It's also one of the first things disabled when the battery is drained(either bad battery or parasitic draw.)

Well after having it for a week all the doors work except the driver door

...buy a used one off eBay, have it painted to match if need be and spend an afternoon swapping it out.

Yep, if the rest work, the problem is the handle. Common enough issue.
