Some lovely valet curbed both right wheels, said nothing. Happened last week Wednesday, didn't see it until washed it Saturday. Not pretty.
I have not seen anyone repair this type finish adequately, so I think I'm forced to buy new wheels. I thought I had wheel insurance, but no.
Liam, anyone, what deals can be had, dealer quoted 900 each. Insurance was 900.
My wife did not do it, she would have told me...we had 1" graze in 6600miles. Pretty good. The factory modulars on my other cars are about 3600 each, so if I am stuck with 900/wheel, OK.
Sigh. Tipped the guy 10 upfront to prevent this stuff. Grrrr.

20" Quattro wheels also.
Repair was fabulous and undetectable. It took 3 weeks as the shop in Chicago did not have the equipment and they sent the wheel to Texas (Dallas?) facility for the repair.
Cost was $150 plus shipping plus tax etc. Basically a fully repaired wheel for around $250
