2004 with abs problem
 

2 mounts ago my abs unit broke. i got a used one from eBay for 210$
my mechanic was able to code the new unit.(was not easy to code)
after driving the car the abs light comes on. my mechanic fond that some wires in the harness where no good. replaced the bad ones. my mechanic drove the car all day, its perfect but then after an hour or two, the abs light comes on again. the codes are not correct, the sensors are good. we think that maybe more wires are not good. any one can help? did not drive my car for 2 mounts.!! missing my A8L

Are you doing the work or is your mechanic doing it? If it is your mechanic, maybe get a new one if he can't figure it out. If it is you, Tell us what diagnostic codes are being logged.
