Check in Gateway Module if Telephone is checked under installed. Check if Bluetooth Module is not bypassed. Perform Optic Loop scan. It may be broken too.

Hello,
Yes look to be sure that it is checked in the gateway installed list with VCDS (Ross-Tech), also look under the carpet to make sure that a bypass loop is NOT installed, bypass loop pictured below.

Optic ring is unplugged and bypassed by a loop (not in the picture but must be there). Your Bluetooth module is probably broken. You can get one of eBay.

oh. it is wrong that the optic loop is missing.
above all. i will get a optic ring first. and check the module. if the module is broken then get the new module. low cost way first ^^

If your MMI is working other than Bluetooth than there is a loop instead of Bluetooth module. May be not one like in the picture above but ring is completed. If it is not nothing would work. If you want to check that module you have to plug optic cables in and try, but I don't think anybody would bypass working module.

I think it is the bluetooth module is faulty. I had the same reading on my scan when my bluetooth stopped working. Replaced the module off ebay and it's all good now.
