Hello Trilis
Depends of which problem you are referring to, the way I read it is that the ACC problem was caused by the "F" radar unit, and the "4th gear" problem was caused by the improper tune.
So, which problem are you having ?

i have the same transmission dtc and installed E radar, tomorrow getting F radar. My car is 2009 with preinstalled radar, but after some repair connector was faulty. Workshop thaught it was radar problem. So tomorrow getting F radar and checking. I do not know if my car was tuned. Bought 3 weeks ago
