UPDATE: I replaced the 40A fuse under the dash. I took the car for a 10 minute ride and so far no lights have returned. 🤞 I'd still welcome input on the other fault codes.

Hey guys. Both air suspension lights came on today. It's been nearly 3 years since I replaced the compressor and my theory is that the one I installed from Rebuild Master Tech has died. I'm in NC and I'm guessing that the 95 deg weather hasn't helped. A couple of days ago I thought I heard the compressor struggling for a moment, but never heard the issue after that one time. The vehicle hasn't sagged and is still at normal height which I would assume won't be for long.

I ran a VCDS scan and here are the results shortened to only the fault codes. Although I would like to focus on the air suspension I wouldn't mind input on the other items on the list. Keep in mind the dates on some of these as many happened a while ago.

I had the same headlight issue. I had to take out the light and since it was already dead, I used a multi vibrating tool and cut a square out of the bottom of the headlight. This was to repair the broken and frayed wiring to the sensor. I used heat shrink and liquid tape and some soldering to fix the wires. They all looked cracked from age and heat. To seal it back up I used a big hot glue gun and a combination of hot glue and super glue with an activator to seal it up. It works and you can't tell unless you remove the headlight. Its better than 1500$ from the dealer!
