To get to the sensor (connector) you need to remove the steering wheel, including airbag. Not too difficult but be careful.

01826 - Sensor for Steering Angle (G85); Supply Voltage Terminal 30
Possible Symptoms
## Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) active
Possible Causes
## Temporary Supply Voltage Interruption
## Steering Angle Sensor (G85) faulty
## Steering Column Control Module (J527) faulty
Possible Solutions
## Perform Steering Angle Sensor (G85) Adaptation ## See Vehicle specific Diagnostic Procedures for Details
## Check/Replace Steering Angle Sensor (G85)
## Check/Replace Steering Column Control Module (J527)
So how do you determine is the steering Angle Sensor or the Steering Column Control Module ??

8E0953541E steering angle sensor.
Scan doesn't say anything about Column Module, so I believe it is sensor.

So my ESP lights( triangle warning lights) will be on and off when I was driving, usually if I go straight the lights won't go off, but once I turn left or right the lights will go off and after I go straight for a few seconds the lights will be gone. Is that what happen to you too ?? i

And if cleaning the rear side airbag contacts does not do it, that airbag igniter (assembly) probably needs to be replaced to properly keep the airbag malfunction indicator off.
Of course, you need to perform standard automotive electrical/electronic system troubleshooting techniques. There are additional important precautions required for Airbag systems that need to be adhered to. BE SURE TO FOLLOW THE STEPS IN THE PROPER SERVICE MANUAL FOR YOUR VEHICLE. You can be injured or killed by an airbag that deploys while you are servicing the car.
The connector on the airbag control module could be corroded. There could be a broken wire in the harness.
Personally, I would leave airbag servicing to a dealer but that is just me. My daughter's Jeep airbag light came on two weeks ago. The service manual said dealer system troubleshooting only. I had a dealer repair it (Bad clock spring $$) I want everything properly done for my daughter's ride.
