Default Airbag suspension

I want to upgrade my factory suspension to a aftermarket ones to get it to go lower but I don't know if its possible with the same compressor and if it can be input in the settings or do I have to have an extra button to activate it. Any help

Do it with VCDS coding--can get you up to 17mm lower--for price of VCDS at $200. Or get lowering links. Search for more info. Hundreds of prior posts on subject over the years.

Here, spend some money to do it right? If you didn't like the original look, why bought it?
Cheers,

I want to know how that system affects ride quality and handling! One thing I refuse to do is sacrifice function for aesthetics, and I suspect that thing now rides like a shopping cart. I never understood the appeal of the slammed look. Why is it considered a good thing to have it look like your suspension has collapsed?

This seems to be a successful and clear explanation on how to use VCDS to lower the A8.

There's defo something to be said for a lowered car's stance...
But practicality is key, and it just would not be practical here unfortunately...
Personally I quite like the slammed look but it's only any good when the car's sitting still IMHO...
