Antenna open circuit error

I am getting an antenna ZF open ciruit error. The code will not clear with vagcom. Any ideas.

did u check what the code means in the WIKI

Google searched and most of what I found is that your diversity antenna could be disconnected. Have you messed around with your tuner/amp? Check components 4 and 7 on the attached pdf
