Like the title says, I got a P1085 code and misfires on cylinders 3,4,5,10. Sounds like a bad PCV so I popped the hood and can hear the high-pitched whining. I'm moderately capable with DIY stuff, but usually need some instructions & pictures to help get me thru it. Anyone tell me if this is the driver or passenger side PCV? Any instructions/photos/links would be immensely helpful. I've seen that others have done it but not alot in the way of detailed instructions. Thx in advance!

It's an oil separator on the back of the engine. I can't talk to your issue or fault codes.....but you can either replace the oil separator or potentially clean it. If you look at this self study guide it tells you more about it.

Many thanks, sir. Am I correct that there's only one PCV then? I'm so used to this silly V10 having two of everything lol.

There's only one. R&R is bolt off/on. That said, some of the bolts are hard to get at, I resorted to a Torx bit held by a small vice grip
