Audi extended warranty
Has anyone purchased an extended warranty from Audi directly? Apparently they are now available- I saw them on Audi.usa website and here on AudiWorld. 04 A8L serial 8170

Yes I probably am. The factory warranty lasts for 4 years 50000 miles whichever is first. I put 16500 miles in one year so I may hit 48000 in 3 years and am looking to extend the warranty. I don't know how long I will keep it but I really like the car-- and may keep it longer if I can get a warranty and not worry about expensive repairssay in year 4 and 5 of ownership. I usually get tired of a car and get the bug for a new one at about 5 years, plus there are tecnological changes worth upgrading to after this amount of time.
