There are no replacements. I tried couple and while they fit, sound is not the same, they just distort. I just had mine repaired last week, a guy put new foam on it. And yes, its very easy to take out the door panel, just like in the video

Well, I’ve found a complete set of 6 online, 2 front, 2 back and 2 rear shelf for a fair price so I’ll have them and slot them in then see about repairing the existing ones...
i think if you’ve fitted different ones an they’re distorting, they’re maybe of the wrong resistance...??
Typival car speakers are quite low, I dilunno what the B&O ones run at...??

I disassembled one tweeter and found one tooth broken. I adjusted the gear so the broken tooth is at the furthest place from the mesh and applied some lubricant. closed everything up. This one is working now.
I did the same thing for the other tweeter except that I found 4-5 teeth broken. I tried to adjust as much as I could. This one is trying to rise but is not. I need to work on it some more. Still, I'm happy I got one working.
I'm not really encouraging people to mess with the mechanism as It could end up worse.
