Best fitting travel mug
I have been using Contigo travel mugs for years, but they don't fit all that great in the D3s front cup holders, especially when full and top heavy. Has anyone found a good stainless travel mug that fits nice and snug in one of the front cup holders?

Yep, lousy location but I still would like to have my coffee when I leave at 5am! The Contigo tumbler is working decently but there has to be better. I'll try a Yeti and I may try an Rtic as well. Ideally I just make another cup holder insert but I won't have time for a project like that until May at least.

I don't know if you require a larger one but this Rtic one fits the smaller one on the left side so snug it will never flip over. I have tried Yeti small and large but they have flip over on me but not this one. Now this is the only tumbler I will use in my car.

I ordered the Rtic 20 oz, in matte black to match the MMI panel.
I do like the camera lens mug, do you fit that one in the left or the right cup holder?

Good to know, thanks!
I ordered the Rtic tumbler and boy is that thing snug! I pulled it out of the cup holder this morning and the entire insert came with it! :-)
No problems taking hard turns, this mug sits low enough to be super stable.

Give it a twist as you pull it up, should help break it loose without yanking the whole assembly up!
