Changed MMI and Battery Still controls not working in AUDI A6 2005

HI,

I have an issue with my audio controls. I have changed my MMI and also new battery but still the controls are not working. I have checked all the fuses and everything works fine. Please help me on this issue...

I would recommend VCDS scan and posting this in A6 forum. Guys there should know more about the model.
