High beam flash

Default High beam flash
When I pull the light stalk towards me, the high beams do not flash. I have read some info hear about the high beam flash for US is coded out. I set it to RoW using VCDS. Wondering if I coded it incorrectly or do I need to troubleshoot the stalk some how?

My 2006 pull to flash has always worked fine. Recheck coding.

Mine does flash as well. I have not coded to ROW. Your bulbs might be out?

Would I get a warning on the dash if the bulbs were out?
