The Collection in the Gables, anyone get service there?
We just bought from The Collection in Miami, with 2k miles we now have the Airbag light on. I made an appointment to have it taken care of and they said no loaners are available when the car is in for warranty work and that I would have to rent a car from them for $30/day while they are working on the car.
Is this "The Collection" policy or a general Audi one?
I've always had loaners available from Lexus, MB, BMW and even Saab and I expect similar provisions from Audi, especially from a high end dealer like The Collection....
