Easy. They scare you into a$6K repair so you dump the car on them and trade it for a new/used one from their lot. They are doing you a "favor" taking in your damaged car at $6k off wholesale blue book. They keep the car, spend $2-300 on it and flip it for a nice tidy profit.

My dad had a Maxima with 40k miles with the tranny not going out of 2nd gear, dealer diagnosed and quoted a rebuilt transmission and modules for $5500. They recommended that he dump the car and they could make him a great deal on a new one. He sent me the code and it was a camshaft sensor that we replaced for $150. After that tranny was fine, it was just in limp mode.

Hi do anyone know what wire colour should be in harness number 1 and 2 on the camchaft position sensor on bank2 .

i mean the one that is under the nr 10 coil
