Default The Install Was Easy and Hard...

The hardwire kit includes taps that just plug into the fusebox. I went with the minis and purchased directly from Viofo. Be sure to get the "3 wire" version to support parking mode. The hard part was feeding the wires under the trim and headliner.

What fuse did you tap into? When I hard wired my camera, I tapped into the MMI fuse on the passenger side but found that even with the screen off, it was still drawing power.

However, the Viofo A129 Duo uses both ACC and always on power (3 wire system) to determine when to go into parking mode and to remain powered on when unoccupied (with programmable battery conservation).
