Default Daylight Driving light bulb change

2006 A8L

Driver's side bulb.

Can this actually be done without pulling the damn bumper off? I saw a video but still can't get my hands in there.

I tried pulling on the wires but afraid to pull too hard.

I have to do that same job...on the driver's side as well. There are YouTube video's illustrating how to get in there by moving the coolant bottle and P\S reservoir I believe.
Maybe someone that's actually tackled it will chime in. Btw, which bulbs are you going with?

i used a long pair of needle nose pliers. I also removed the ps bottle over a little. Its still a pain.

If you really need to, the bumper is flexible enough to have its fasteners removed on one side and pull off a little to get to the lower headlight bolts for removal.
