Uhm I googled that number to find a local dealer and came across this. 2017 Audi Navigation MMI update for North America - Free shipping.
Only $50 shipped. Is that legit?

...if you want to save $$ and stay legit, older genuine NAV DVDs come up on eBay. I'm running an OEM 4E0-060-884-EG the next to latest which I bought off eBay for $20. Naturally, the price drops as the latest version ships. There are however, many "backup copy" vendors on eBay and as you found on the darker web. Off eBay the cheapest
I've seen genuine older NAV discs is about $100.

Personally I have the "ebay one" that may or may not be a clone... anyway; it worked and installed perfect. But due to it not being on the actual OEM disc, and a backup, i now get "check navigation DVD" messages every so often when i never did with OEM discs.
