Default Fan on full blast wont turn off

My fan wont turn off i pulled the fuse to see it off , where is the relay i cant find it did a lil research every one said its under the ecu just making sure thats correct dont wanna touch anything i dont have to , thanks for your help and i know i ask alot im new and still learning

Which fan?? HVAC, Radiator, Seat ventilation?
You don't even state what car or year.

That can be a faulty temperature sensor, it defaults to assuming max temperature and turning the fan on jet mode. What does the gauge say when the car is on?

gauge reads normal

If that's the case, I suspect either the relay or a short in the wiring harness. I do not know where the relay is off the top of my head, I'd have to be on my laptop to look it up.

but its doing the same thing have any ideas

Did you check the wiring? Sometimes it's degraded and shorted in the loom.

Also I have had in the past that the fans will not stop jet mode unless the code is cleared, BUT are you saying only the left fan is running full speed and not the right?

A8 don't have individual fan control I think ?
