I would also get a much better description of the condition... panel by panel, any scratches, dings, paint work, etc.. "No accidents according to Carfax" definitely isn't a good enough description!

Dealer offered me 33-34 for my loaded 07 4.2 S-Line with 29K miles.

I wouldn't even consider 38K.
