Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone know where I can find a front bumper for my 2008 Audi S8. I got my stolen when i gave it to a guy on craigslist to get it repair/repainted. After a month the guy disappeared and the last message i got from him was it threw my bumper away because it was too much work and he needed more money to continue.

Damn! Did you get the law involved?

I saw one on Ebay a few weeks ago, rear end hit. Keep trying there I'd say.

Sounds like he sold it and made up an excuse. You can sue him, but good luck collecting. I suppose it's inexpensive to take someone to small claims, so if you have the time, it stays on their credit report a long time. I am assuming you did not go to a reputable shop and the guy was doing this one off the record? I never do things that way anymore, people are too unreliable. The quickest way to lose a dollar is to try to save a dime.

What color was your bumper? I am looking for one and came across a black one I believe they said was from an 08 S8.
