In reality, I did it myself so I only paid for parts and my oil was cheaper at $5.50/quart.

$1200 seem like a rip unless they are doing more stuff such as brake fluid flush (probably another $150) and maybe something else they feel is necessary. Take your maintenance booklet in and ask them line-by-line what they are doing. Then maybe you will see what else they want to do.

Mine was $832 in CT at the dealer so $1200 seems way high.
