New block is in and.... Did not fix the issue. After installation the car pumped up to the correct height. I turned to lift and it correctly pumped up to lift. When I went back to Automatic if was stuck. It will not let air out. What lets the air out of the system?

Have you run an output test on it using vcds yet? Unless I missed it, I don't think you shared the results from that step?
Unless something else comes up from the output test, the only thing left that it could possibly be is the suspension ECU, or the wiring between the ECU and the valve block. For some reason the vent solenoid in the valve block is not opening.
You should spend time reading SSP 292 on the suspension system and how it works. Spend time to understand it and it'll help you diagnose the problem quicker. See here....http://www.volkspage.net/technik/ssp/ssp/SSP_292.pdf

There are 2 air release valves, unless I didn't read carefully when I did my suspension, one in the valve block and one in the pump. Read again and tell me that I didn't read correctly. I even read the air diagram. Stop replacing good parts until reading the whole system. Again, it's your money.

You're right. Now that I've refreshed my mind after looking at the SSP, there are two exhaust valves. Both part of the compressor assembly. One is electrically operated, and the output from that pneumatically operates the main exhaust valve. Similar idea to an electrical relay.
So you need to be looking at the compressor as that's where the exhaust valves are. But first read the SSP to undestand the system.

All solenoid valves must have electrical wires to activate them. Simple 12v applied will make sure if any of them are good/bad. If the solenoids are good, then check the controller. Did you check the level fuse on the right hand side fuse box?
