The rear badges are just like every other Audi badge - chrome, stuck on with sticky pad
The US won't be getting the 6.0 badging by the way, it will be getting a "W12" badge instead according to the guy who was showing me round at Neckarsulm.
The front W12 logo is clipped onto the grill the same way as RS and generic quattro logos are.
I can't tell you too much more than that, as I've gone for factory model and engine debadge, leaving only the four rings on the back.

Don't know what you mean by rear door trim badge. L thing? US thing?
The only badging I can think of is the front grille, and rear trunk lid. All I have is the W12 on the grille and the four rings on the back. If ever it's not grey drizzle outside and I get some decent weather to take pictures, I'll have to wash the car and take some...
