How to aim Headlamps?

I haven't seen this particular Hofele bumper in person but I've worked with aftermarket bumpers/lips before and most people will agree that fiberglass is less expensive, lighter weight and more prone to cracks. I do prefer the OEM urethane simply for it being denser, more solid and more robust. That said, I've seen finished fiberglass bumpers that (if moulded correctly and fitted properly) look fantastic.

Moulded urethane is cheaper in mass production. That's why factories are using that technology. Unfortunately that has nothing to do with spare part prices. Fiberglass is lighter, stronger and cheaper in small series or prototypes. You are probably right about cracks. Fiberglass will crack locally when hit hard, but urethane will be deformed. It is fairly easy to repair fiberglass and impossible to repair urethane.
Replacing urethane parts with fiberglass ones, or more expensive Kevlar parts is nice upgrade for many sport cars. Way to save weight. Good for all cars.

[QUOTE=mishar;24123308]I wanted the OEM look and OEM parts. I have dealt with fiberglass reproduction parts on some collector cars I have owned in the past and had mixed results. Poor fit, cracks, paint matching issues, etc.
I would like to remove the W12 badge on my grille but it appears to be "baked in" and not removable. It that correct or can I replace it with a Quattro badge?
