How to swap out EVAP Canister Purge Solenoid Valve (N115) 04 A8 4.2L
Hey guys,
I was wondering if anyone has replaced their EVAP Purge Valve (N115) the one that is in the rear drivers side wheel well? Part just came today and was wondering how hard of a job it is to get to. I have 2004 A8 4.2L. Any help is greatly appreciated.

For anyone that is wondering how to tackle this job on a D3 A8 here is my experience. I have an 04 A8L 4.2 V8 and I had to jack up the rear drivers side wheel well and take out the wheel well cover. Pretty easy, just needed a 10mm wrench/socket and a T25 torx bit. Once you take it off you will be able to see the purge valve on the bracket. There are two pinch clamps, one on each hose that need to be taken off. Little frustrating trying to get it out as its really in there but just be sure not to pull the bracket above out. I had to super glue the rubber screw things so the bracket wouldn't bounce around cause I yanked it out a little too hard.
