Interesting Interior Detail Story...
I just had my car's interior "semi-detailed" at a place I use for it's weekly-ish handwash. The car looked great in and out, until.....When I went to get into the drvier's seat I noticed what appeared to be a white mark on the driver's door.
Upon closer examination someone had rubbed a little too hard or used too caustic a chemical when he or she cleaned the trunk release/gas cap release buttons and had removed most of the paint!
Bottom line is the owner is a nice guy and good businessman. A new switch has been ordered from a local Audi dealer and he will have it installed next week.
Ain't life exciting??!!

Agreed, but that was his employee....
How he dealt with that employee after learning of the situation might go to the question of his management style and abilities.
He was able to quiet a demanding customer, so he gets a gold star from me (so far).
