Alright, well, forgive me for insisting on being sure, you called it water in the opening post. The things in that part of the car that have coolant running through them are the oil cooler, radiator, upper and lower radiator hoses, and alternator. The 4.2 BFM(2004-2006 US) is known to develop an oil cooler leak that is quite involved to repair, but otherwise there are no things in particular known for failure. Keep some water in the car and keep an eye on the temperature gauge.

There are no things in that area of the motor that are known to commonly develop a leak.

I found out where it's leaking from the top radiator hose

The arrow is the coolant drip

Would adjusting the hose help?

Good, you found it! Adjusting the clamps won't likely help, Audi hose clamps are weird anyway, assume that if you're taking the clamp off, you're replacing the hose. These cars are getting old enough that hose failure isn't a surprise on some, depending on the environment they have been living in.

After some messing with it I found the plastic housing is actually cracked and I can't get a replacement way out here so I'm going to have to tow it I found the part but won't arrive till Thursday that KS for the help
