I've read this forum quite a bit and I understand that Bluetooth started in the middle (or therabouts) of the 2005 year model.

I've been looking around on Autotrader.com and other places and am not having much luck in finding any LOADED A8L's. (I'm not interested in the W-12 model.) I'm looking for one with most every option, except I'm not really interested in having any of the cosmetic options.

Here is how I'd build out a 2006 on the Audi.com website:

Premium package $4,000

Individual options:
Destination Charge $720
SiriusĀ® Satellite Radio $550
Front seat ventilation and massage $1,500

Customer Order options*:
Sport package with all-season tires $2,800
Adaptive Cruise Control $2,100
Solar sunroof $650
Dual-paned security glass $600


Has anyone else had any luck finding similarly loaded cars out there? If so, how'd you do it?

...so you're searching a very limited universe. I'm thinking, too, that the Sport Package didn't make it to the US until late 2005 at the earliest and would, in any event, be in extremely limited supply.

I think there is only one person here with a 2005 w/ the Sport Package. Like Fallen said, it was not offered until the end of the 2005 production run. A used W-12 would be easier to find.

Those options are probably impossible to find new, however, the closest loaded pre-owned I found was a 2006 certified pre-owned corporate demo w/premium pkg.,dvd navigation,bi-xenon adaptive headlights,memory seats,and home link. convenience pkg. w/ advanced key,massage front seats,ventilated front seats,power trunk open/close,front and rear parktronic,power rear,manual side sunshades. cold weather pkg. w/ heated front and rear seats. bose surround sound system w/ 6 cd changer and sirius satellite radio. 19 inch forged alloy wheels.

excellent condition inside and out. less then 10k mile, original msrp of over $80,000. Selling for $72,900!
