MMI Issues 2006 Audi A8 after jump starting car, I have been checking Fuses so far good

The NAV is not used that has been disconnected since i have own the car,

I noticed, when checking the optical lines their is no red light showing on optical cable ends

You'll need an optical loop if you want to check each module, plugging it in their place and doing another scan. Also, there is a big fuse by the battery, you will want to disconnect it and check to see if it's blown.
