Monster iPod adapter
This one sounds fairly interesting and being from Monster should be of decent quality.

Not for cars with MOST such as the D3
FYI,
The folks at Soundgate who actually make this unit say that there are two problems in supporting vehicles that have MOST fiber networks:
1) Cost - their cost per interface is $300 which means the cost of the final product would have to be much higher. An example of this is the cost differential between a normal auto sat radio and one for the Audi A8.
2) Proprietary protocols - Every vehicle manufacturer who uses MOST has implemented their own proprietary protocol on top of that network; without direct vehicle manufacturer support, third parties do not have access to this market.
So if you really want native support (via MMI) for your iPod or other MP3 players, you need to let Audi know that it is important to you.
