I had a flat tire. My tires are 265/35zr20 my spare is a 255/40zr19 . Is that acceptable to use till I get a new tire with all wheel drive ? Says that less than 1% different on a full rotation. any help greatly appreciated.

Yes, it will be OK temporarily to get to a shop and get your tire repaired or replaced. You shouldn't drive it for months that way. Also if the tire is not repairable and you have to replace it, you might have to replace the others, depending on how much tread is remaining on the other 3 tires.
