Needles and Gauges?
So I was trying to correct an irritating issue (at least to me) where during the daytime the A8 only backlights the gauges when it wants to. I know it has to do with the perceived light sensor. Anyway, using the instructions below still does not illuminate the gauges. The needles work fine. The only way I can get the gauges to work all the time is to turn the lights on auto. Am I missing something? My car is set to "203" in the coding section.Coding

I too am an occasional victim of this...
My lights are always on auto tho and when my dials go off, I have to turn the lights on either sides or dipped, my dials come back on then...
It's only done it 2-3 times since I've owned the car and there's no or never has been any faults shown for it...
