Eko-A8

First off my name is Eko R and I'm 26 years old from Connecitcut. I have been reading the forums for a little bit and seems like everyone is helpful. This is my first Audi, previous cars E46 M3, E60 M5, Infiniti M45, Toyota Supra, E500.

Just picked up a 2006 Audi A8 4.2 with 47k Miles. Car is navy blue with the cinnamon leather interior fully loaded with CPO warranty.
Why I bought it? For the price I paid $26k, the condition of the car, warranty, all wheel drive and options it has...you can't find much better out there.

Next step is tints 20%, in a couple months when the winter goes away looking to get either 20" or 21" wheels and lower the car with the links. Will also get the S8 grille with the plate delete.

My question is what are some simple mods that I can do? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you []

Welcome! Ammeretto makes the interior. I bought my car with 10,000 extra miles on it because it was the only one I could find with that interior. You'll love it. This and my Q45 are the only two cars I have owned that I haven't gotten sick of shortly after purchasing.

Make sure you get the audi multimedia interface ipod kit, if it does not have it already.

^^^Love the AMI. I find that I do have to re-seat the fiber/power cable to it every so often when it fails to initialize, though. Typically about once a month. Dealer says they don't know what's wrong. I'm also looking at a wheel purchase...I have the same chunky stock wheels you have now... Congrats on the sweet ride, Eko.

Welcome, nice ride! If you want some simple mods you could toss LEDs in the number plate, puddle, trunk etc lights. Simple but pricier would be to get the facelift taillights. AMI is a pretty sweet addition as well. If you had BMWs interface in your E60 you'll find the AMI to be a massive improvement.

Btw did you frequent E60.net when you had the M5?
