OK, I understand why this is available for BMW first, but this time it sounds like BMW has been directly involved in bringing this product to market and it works on all available models including the 7 series that has the MOST-based fiber network like our D3.

SO AUDI, IT WOULD BE REALLY NICE IF WE COULD HAVE THIS CAPABILITY TOO!

I ordered the S8 with a single 6-CD thinking that somebody somewhere must release an iPod interface or HDD media player in the next couple of years, and I figured a spare changer slot would make sense.

I should have known better and ordered 12-CD, so somebody would release an iPod interface a couple of weeks after I take delivery...
