Default Passenger Power Seat Won't Move

So apparently there's no fuse to control the motors in the seat, but it's stuck stationary. What's the next step to diagnosing the problem? I've seen mixed messages about a circuit breaker or a control relay somewhere that could've possibly gotten fried. I'm really not sure

Are any seat function working?

Scan? (VCDS)

If that's not an option swap the control modul from your driver side if seat functions are restored that's your problem.

It's pain in the *** to access it if the seat is all the way lowered, but can be done.

Hello Alex,
Did you read the complete fuse and relay layout, it shows the location of all, here they are pin pointed for you, #3 relay and fuse holder for the D & E circuit breakers is located behind the driver knee panel below the steering wheel to the left, you have to remove said panel to access said location, the passenger side I do not have a picture of, but it is as stated in the PDF, located in the passengers side foot well, ALSO, you did not answer 2004A8L's question as to any operation of any seat function, so does any part of the seat move ?

Oh, no. sorry. None of the power seat functions work on the passenger side at all, no lumbar support or even the seatbelt adjustment. I'll have to look into what fuses usually go

I would try the seat control module first.

+1

But I would also take a test light or volt meter to the wiring at the seat to confirm that you actually have power for the seat to operate..
