BBS CH-R 20x10.5 et25 with 285-35-20 Michelin PS3 tires.

Why not? I have seen guys run a 21x10.5 with a 295 tire et35 and they fit just fine. I don't think the extra et10 will hurt?

It is 10 mm from offset plus 10 mm from tires. They will stick too far out at the front. Just aesthetics. At the back they will be awfully close to the fenders since the rims will stick out for 30 mm compared to OEM wheels.

It may fit but it'll be really, really tight. If you were to run a narrower tire you'll be fine but again that may slightly stretch the tire on such a wide wheel.
