Stash Your Valuables In The Ski Sack!
Thanks to TSHong, I have just learned that I do NOT know everything!
He said he uses the ski sack opening (from which he has removed the actual sack for subwoofer purposes) to stealthily hide valuables directly into the trunk, rather than the usual route of carrying said items out of the car in plain view of potential thieves and placing them in the trunk, thus "hiding" them there, yet advertising that fact to everyone watching.
I could imagine if the ski sack was in place and the car was broken into, even if it had a purse and a tablet in it, it would go overlooked by most thieves from inside the car (as long as the ski sack door was shut) as well as well as from inside the trunk (just looks like a disused ski sack).
Only potential problem is it's unreachable from the front seat for the average human. But still much more discreet to open the back door and deposit/remove items than the walk around the car method.
Happy motoring!

You must be better folding up the sock than I am. Barely can get the doors closed as it is.
Never used it for ski's, but a Lacrosse D-pole fits fine. Carried two yesterday, along with several shooter sticks.
