Default Rear door window replacement

Long story short, broke my right rear pass window while mowing the grass..need to replace it.
saw how to do the fronts, is there a definite guide with instructions/pictures how to do the rear?

The rear doors are surprisingly complex to tear down, and really you need the shop manual to do it. ElsaWin off EBay is always a bargain. There are quite a lot of steps that aren’t very obvious, hence this suggestion. You can wing it, but it’ll take you way longer than it needs to, and you’ll break more stuff in the process.

So my audi oem manual under body_interior does have the complete door tear down...ev3erything but the glass.
has panel removal, motor and speaker removal..but no glass dangit

Once you’ve torn the door down, you need to remove the whole frame, then the glass can come out. Realignment of the frame on reassembly is a real PITA. You’ll either get lucky or it’ll take you hours of messing and tiny adjustments.

I did find a nice video where it took thr guy literaly 10 mins to take the frame out. Crazy didnt know thats how these doors are put together. I will try to paint mark as best as i can before removing, hopefully get it close upon reinstallation

Once you find the frame screws under the body colored stickers it all comes out frame with window in
