I spoke with Chili's and confirmed it's ok to use their parking lot.

If the weather says rain for both days and people still want to meet (I know I will) then we will pick the day with the least chance of rain. I set up links to Weather.com and WeatherBug in my sig so you can check the weekend forecasts.
