Control Arm & Axle Torque

You have the right technical answers already. But, be prepared...
1. On control arms, lots of posts now w/ issues with that bolt. Read if you aren't familiar w/ it.
2. Mishar states the correct torque and process. But in the real world, that is probably 500 foot pounds or so at final torque with the 180 degree turn. As in, you either need a torque multiplier tool or a five foot or more lever arm. Probably the highest torque item on modern Audi's. Also be prepared for a good chance you will snap some part of a socket drive (breaker bar joint, extension, etc.) if you use half inch drive tools, and that you may not be able to break it even with a decent sized impact gun.

A8 is a heavy car but 200 Nm (148 foot pounds) + 180° is definitely heavy truck domain. Tools including. You will probably need engine running in order to achieve enough braking power. Wheel shouldn't be under load with that bolt loose. It would damage the bearing.
