Removing The Rear Passenger Dome Lights

Anyone know how to remove these things? Do they just pull down? Help!!!!

If you are talking about the lights in the center, they actually pull down from the front side of the car and rock it down.

The Rear Vanity Mirrors

Thanks does this apply to the vanity? Mine does not stay up. I taped it. Does the whole vanity pulls down?

I've replaced the vanity bulbs with leds but i have not taken off the whole vanity assembly.
