It is one helluva job. Get the service manual for the proper procedure.

Yep. Step 1, disassemble a lot of front of the car to get to the step where they inserted the rack right after body build and before drivetrain goes in. There is a technique per manual, but this is not slam bang watch a 2 minute YouTube video type work.
